The Green Turtle Club, Abaco Bahamas is a five star out island resort on the island of Green Turtle Cay in the northern Bahamas. After the hotel and dining room was virtually destroyed by Category 5 Hurricane Floyd in 2002, Michael led the complete rebuild of the kitchen and dining spaces, including kitchen design and equipment procurement and working in conjunction with all trades to ensure a timely reopening.
