Michael is one of the most well-known chefs in Eastern Canada and has been invited twice by the prestigious James Beard Society in New York City to prepare a “Best of Nova Scotia” dinner to members of the organization. He is a Vice President of the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia and is a Member of the Board of Directors of Slow Food Nova Scotia, Taste of Nova Scotia and The Valley Pumpkin Festival.
Michael is able to work in Canada and The United States.
