Arrive at Cape Town International Airport, where you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your private luxury villa in Camps Bay. Perched high above the Atlantic, your striking modernist retreat offers sweeping ocean views, elegant design, and every conceivable comfort. After settling into your rooms, take time to unwind—perhaps with a glass of local wine on the terrace or a quiet moment overlooking the sea. As evening falls, enjoy a beautifully prepared dinner by a private chef, showcasing the flavours of the Western Cape. Relax into the experience as the sun dips into the Atlantic and the rhythm of Africa begins to unfold.

Markets, Waterfront & Coastal Living 
Ease into the day with a relaxed breakfast before heading into Cape Town’s creative heart at the Old Biscuit Mill. This vibrant hub of food, design, and local culture offers an ideal introduction to the city’s culinary energy. From here, visit a remarkable African butcher where we acquire some goodies for tonight’s dinner. Then enjoy a private guided walking tour of the iconic V&A Waterfront, where working harbour meets world-class shopping, art, and architecture beneath the dramatic rise of Table Mountain. Return to the villa via the scenic coastal route, where the evening unfolds with a traditional South African braai—an open-fire feast of exceptional local ingredients, paired with Western Cape wines and a golden Atlantic sunset.

 Cape Peninsula & Penguin Colony
Today is a journey into the wild beauty of the Cape. Travel along one of the world’s most breathtaking coastal drives to the Cape of Good Hope, where land meets ocean in dramatic fashion. Take in sweeping vistas from the overlook or enjoy a short hike along rugged cliffs steeped in maritime history. Continue to the charming fishing village of Kalk Bay for a relaxed seaside lunch before visiting the beloved African penguins at Boulders Beach. The return drive along Chapman’s Peak offers cinematic views before arriving back at the villa for an elegant seafood-forward dinner as the sun melts into
​the horizon.

Table Mountain & Historic Wine Estates
Begin the day with priority access to Table Mountain, ascending by cableway to one of the world’s most iconic viewpoints. After time to explore the summit, descend and travel to Groot Constantia, the oldest wine estate in Africa. Here, a private tour and tasting is followed by a refined lunch showcasing the estate’s heritage and terroir. Return to the villa for a leisurely afternoon—perhaps by the pool—before a light dinner and a final evening overlooking the Atlantic.
Into the Winelands | Robertson Valley
Depart Camps Bay and journey inland through striking and contrasting landscapes—vineyards, mountain passes, and rural communities—en route to the Robertson Valley. After a winery lunch along the way, arrive at your secluded retreat, Khanyisa Mountain Lodge. Nestled in the mountains, this serene retreat offers breathtaking views and complete tranquility. That evening, enjoy a relaxed dinner prepared by your host, followed by a private screening of Out of Africa, settling into the slower rhythm of the countryside.
River Cruise & Iconic Wineries
A day devoted to the wines of Robertson begins with a visit to Viljoensdrift Wines, where a leisurely river cruise along the Breede River pairs local wines with a picnic amid vineyard landscapes. Continue to Springfield Estate, a celebrated family-run winery known for its expressive, terroir-driven wines. Meet the owners, explore the vineyards, and enjoy a private tasting before returning to the lodge for a relaxed evening and dinner overlooking the vast African landscape.

Today is yours to savour in the breathtaking beauty of the African landscape. In the afternoon, join Chef Michael for an intimate cooking experience, learning techniques and preparing a shared meal alongside the group. Paarl & Wildlife Encounter
Bid farewell to Robertson and travel west to the Stellenbosch region, stopping en route at the Drakenstein Lion Park, an ethical sanctuary dedicated to rescued lions. Witness these magnificent animals up close in a powerful and respectful setting. Continue to Grande Roche Hotel, a historic estate set among vineyards and gardens. After settling in, enjoy dinner at a nearby restaurant known for its refined take on South African cuisine.
DAY NINE
SUNDAY, MARCH 28

Culture, Art & Stellenbosch Wines
Your final full day begins with a visit to the striking Afrikaans Language Monument, offering sweeping views across the Drakenstein Valley. Continue to Stellenbosch wine regions for a tasting at the boutique Deux Freres Winery, where elegant, European-style wines are paired with a light lunch. In the afternoon, explore the extraordinary Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden, where art and wilderness intertwine across landscaped grounds. Return to the hotel for a final celebratory dinner—an elegant close to a remarkable journey
